本公司向美國申請建立之活化AMPK技術平台發明專利已獲獲准
AMPK技術平台於2013年4月9日向美國專利及商標局提出之專利「Method for treating disease or condition susceptible to ameliorationby AMPK activators and compounds of formula which are useful to activateAMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK)」，申請案號：13/858,954業經審查通過。
AMPK活化劑發展出治療人類疾病之藥物組成，如：代謝症候群、高血糖、高血脂等疾病治療。
