Energenesis Biomedical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with DEBRA to explore collaboration on the development of clinical trials to be conducted by the Company, using the Company's ENERGI-F703DFU for the treatment of Epidermolysis Bullosa (hereinafter referred to as F703EB).
